Event 1 - President

  1. Have minutes of the last meeting read by the Club secretary (omit if day's agenda is busy)
  2. Ask for committee's report, if any
  3. Old business
  4. New business
  5. Introduce TMOD

Note: Throughout the business session the parliamentary procedure should be used.

  4. Members with heavy jobs (TMOD and Prepared Speakers) - Avoid if possible
  5. Guests - Avoid unless s/he is know to be able to handle the situation without getting upset
