Refer to General Guide for Regular Meeting for detailed sequence of events in the meeting

President calls the meeting to order followed by brief business session based on parliamentay procedure

• Toastmaster of the Day (TMOD) to steer the entire meeting

• Timer, Ah-Um counter (to count disturbing uttarances) and Vote counter to assist TMOD

• Jokemaster to get the attendees relaxed

• Table Topicmaster to randomly call on attending members (3 - 5 individuals) asking to make an impromptu speech on a topic of Topicmaster's choice

• Prepared speech session to follow in which 3 - 4 members make a speech prepared and rehearsed beforehand based on the speech manuals provided by the Toastmasters International

• Individual Evaluators to give their speech evaluations to respective speakers followed by general evaluation by General Evaluator

• TMOD to present awards to the best Table Topic speaker, the best Evaluator and the best Speaker of the day
